OPEN POSITIONS
Cashier
Job Responsibilities: * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently * Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with cash handling policies * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise * Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales * Assist with merchandising tasks, including stocking shelves and organizing displays to maintain an appealing store environment * Conduct product demonstrations as needed to educate customers about new items or promotions * Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and throughout the store * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Requirements: * Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing * Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus * Experience in supervising or training staff is advantageous * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced customer interaction * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Line Cook
Job Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. * Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all food handling processes. * Execute enjoyable dining experiences by presenting meals attractively and serving them professionally. * Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times. * Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests. * Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization within the workspace. * Operate various kitchen appliances safely and efficiently. * Assist other cooks during the food assembly process. * Clean up after business hours. * Communicate with the store manager to discuss ways to improve meal service Requirements: * Previous professional kitchen experience is preferred. * Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within the culinary industry. * Experience in food court or restaurant settings is highly desirable. * Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is essential. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required. * Strong proactive communication is preferred.
Manager
Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily operations for both the Front of House and Back of House in the restaurant - Provide superior service to maximize customer satisfaction - Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints - Regularly assess product quality and research new vendors - Organize and supervise staff shifts - Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity - Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies - Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations - Manage the restaurant’s reputation and suggest improvements - Control operational costs and identify strategies to reduce waste - Prepare detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses - Train both new and existing employees on effective customer service practices - Implement policies and protocols to ensure the ongoing success of restaurant operations Requirements: - Solid background as a hospitality manager, restaurant manager, general restaurant manager, or in a comparable position - Proven managerial experience in customer service - Extensive knowledge of food and beverages (F&B), including the ability to recall recipes and ingredients to assist patrons and wait staff - Strong interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills - Proficient understanding of financial management - A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; attendance at a culinary or hotel management school is a plus
